as a customer, YOU are responsible for the accuracy & completion of your shipping address upon checkout. we at vii. healing mothers ship orders EXACTLY as entered. we will NOT correct, verify, or edit addresses entered upon checkout. if incorrect address is placed, you MUST contact us immediately for address change PRIOR to shipping.
once an order has been shipped, we are NOT responsible for any delays or losses caused by shipping carrier or any orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
ANY delays, losses and/or orders damaged in transit MUST be addressed with the shipping carrier directly, as WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORDERS ONCE SHIPPED. we will, however, help to provide any tracking information necessary to our best ability.
ALL orders are dependent on a processing period before shipping. processing times can take up to vii. business days, and are subject to change during periods of high demand and/or holidays.
if you have not received tracking information after placing an order, please contact us through our website or email provided with your order number in the subject line for further assistance.
upon pre-ordering, please allow up to 21 days from pre-order release date for items to be packaged and shipped out. pre-order dates are an estimate. if items are in stock, they will be packaged and shipped according to normal shipping & delivery scheduling.
