return & refund policy:

• ALL sales are final! returns are ONLY accepted on clothing items.
• under no circumstances are refunds and/or replacements to be issued out, UNLESS an error has occurred solely on our part, which may include, but not limited to receiving incorrect and/or defective items.
• customers MUST contact us through our website, as well as provide the order number along with information of the issue that needs resolving.
